The New Year

I only have on goal for the new year. I want to be stronger. I want to be able to deal with my sorrow without it setting me back in my healing. I want to be able to stand on my own. I want to believe I am worth more than my heart tells me I am. I want to be able to sleep with the lights off. I want to be reliable once more. I want to be able to take falls and get back up. I want to get over the overwhelming fear of being alone. I want to show I can stand on my own without isolating my friends and family. Most of all, I want to be someone the people close to me can fall back on. Someone they can be weak in front of without them worrying about breaking me.
